Stephen Agent ("we", "us", or "our") operates stephenagent.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information we collect

We collect minimal information to operate the site:

• Booking data — when you book a demo via Google Calendar, Google collects your name and email address. We use this only to confirm and conduct your demo session.
• Usage data — standard server logs including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time of visit. This is collected automatically by our hosting provider.
• Demo interactions — text you enter into the demo agent on this site is sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. We do not store these conversations.
• Cookies — we use a single session cookie to enable the demo rate limit. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

2. How we use your information

• To confirm and conduct booked demo sessions
• To operate the demo agent on the site
• To monitor site performance and prevent abuse
• To follow up with you if you've expressed interest in Stephen Agent

3. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Calendar — for demo booking. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic — to power the demo agent. Text entered into the demo is processed by Anthropic's API. Subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Hosting provider — standard server logs are retained by our hosting provider per their data retention policy.

4. Data retention

We do not maintain a database of visitor information. Booking data is held in Google Calendar. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days. Demo interactions are not stored.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights including:

• The right to access information we hold about you
• The right to request deletion of your data
• The right to object to processing of your data
• The right to withdraw consent at any time

6. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to power the demo rate limit on this site. This cookie does not track you across sites, does not contain personal information, and expires when you close your browser. We do not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies.

7. Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
